Podcast: „Women,Peace and Security: The Privatisation of War“ with Saskia Stachowitsch

The second episode of the three-part series celebrating 20 years of Women, Peace and Security (WPS), is about the escalating threat that private companies, hired to provide military and security services, pose to the rights of women and minorities in conflict settings.

In this episode of the podcast by King’s College London Jamie Hagen (Queen’s University Belfast) and Saskia Stachowitsch (University of Vienna) join Amanda Chisholm (King’s College London) to discuss the challenge of this threat, in particular for women and the LGBTQ community. And how Women, Peace and Security might be leveraged to highlight these atrocities and bring justice to the communities affected.
